We accept returns and exchanges.
Returns Policies:
Your complete and total satisfaction is important to us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns for a refund within 14 days of your order being shipped. In order to be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused. Items must not have been worn or washed.
- The item must show no signs of makeup, deodorant, or other stains.
- The item must be in the same condition as you received it.
If an item does not meet all of the above criteria, it will be sent back to you at your own expense. We reserve the right to refuse a return based on these criteria.
The customer is responsible for shipping expenses. Sunshine and Daisies is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
Once we receive the item and it has been approved, a full refund, minus shipping expenses, will be issued to the original payment source. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed.
Exchanges Policies:
If what you received just didn’t fit quite right, we will exchange the item for another size if it is still available. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused. Items must not have been worn or washed.
- The item must show no signs of makeup, deodorant, or other stains.
- The item must be in the same condition as you received it.
If an item does not meet the above criteria, it will be sent back to you at your own expense. We reserve the right to refuse a return based on the above criteria.
Once we receive and approve the exchange, the replacement will be shipped to you within seven (7) business days.

Damaged Policies:
If an item is damaged upon receipt, please let us know within five (5) days. Items cannot be washed or worn when claimed as damaged. After five (5) days Sunshine and Daisies can no longer be held responsible.
You must contact us before returning a damaged item. We ask that you email us to authorize a return. Please send a picture of the item with the email. Once confirmed for a return, we will send a return label at our expense.
If an item is returned and does not meet the above criteria, it will be returned at your expense.
